From Demonstration to Real Appointment

  1. Identify the real person and confirm consent.
  2. Verify legal name, title, role scope, start date, compensation status, and reporting authority.
  3. Confirm whether the person is an officer, employee, contractor, advisor, or internal persona only.
  4. Prepare appointment resolution or written consent.
  5. Attach role charter and limitation of authority.
  6. Collect signatures where required.
  7. Update public website only after appointment is real.
